Birth Doula

Two to four prenatal appointments, care during active labor until two hours postpartum, followed by one to two postpartum visits during the first two weeks.
Postpartum Care
16 hour package minimum
Visits of three to four hours during the daytime for infant and family support.
Night Doula Care
10 hours per night (usually 9pm to 7am)
Assistance overnight caring and soothing your infant. Bottle feeding or bringing them to nurse with you as needed.
Lactation Counseling Session
80 to 120 mins
$225
A coaching and assessment of infant feeding priorities, along with sharing techniques and resources. Unlimited text and call follow up for an additional month.
A private childbirth express class or a newborn care and infant feeding class. If you would like to purchase both individual private classes combined the total cost is discounted to $850. Each class is 3 hours and they are scheduled on separate days or on the same day with a 90 minute break in between.
